Specifically, that green wire powers the motor itself. Also the power window relay (which may be the culprit) is located in the dash fusebox. The relays are located over the top of the fuses, behind the coin holder. Power window problem. The passenger side switch will not function at the same time the drivers side switch won't work. When the drivers side works the passenger side works as well. From the wiring schematic it looks like all is routed through the drivers side switch I figure that's the next place to check.
